Skate 3 is an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game. Browser emulation of that generation is not viable yet.
Skate 3 is continuously requested because it is one of the best-loved sports games ever made and it never came to PC. That absence is exactly why fake links spread.
Emulating seventh-generation consoles in a browser at playable speed is not something that exists. The emulators for that hardware need real CPU resources and a GPU, and they run natively, not in WebAssembly.
If a site offers Skate 3 in a tab, it is a scam page, a survey wall, or a launcher full of bundled software.
