If you believe a game infringes your rights
Send a notice to the address on our contact page including:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where it appears.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or
authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are actioned quickly. Because the games are embedded, the fastest permanent fix is usually that
we remove the embed from this site, and we will do that while the underlying claim is resolved with the
publisher.
